4th Ave street fair, Tucson. It took me a while to come up with a method of photographing this very long street fair. The way I finally solved the problem was to mount the camera on a tripod with the remote shutter-release attached, then raise the tripod (with its legs together) as far as possible, take a few pictures, then lower it and see if I got a useable image. --The only problem with this method is that people tend to stare at the camera!
